When installing the VAL10395, the sensing bulb must be mounted on a horizontal run of the suction line at the "3 or 9 o'clock" position. Ensure the bulb is tightly strapped to clean, bare copper and fully insulated with foam tape. Had a power outage last night and during the 100 degree heat today noticed that the AC was not blowing any cold air. Pulled the capacitors to have them checked and also took video of the relay making noise even with the breaker was off. The proprietor and her staff were very friendly and helpful.
