At TopHVACParts.com, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping procedures.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Manufacturer lead times
  • Inventory verification
  • Weather events
  • Carrier delays

Shipping Methods

We ship using reputable carriers, including but not limited to:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Freight Carriers (for oversized items)

Available shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to manufacturer requirements, hazardous material regulations, or carrier limitations.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories, additional shipping charges and extended delivery times may apply.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Transit times begin after order processing is completed.


Free Shipping

Orders qualifying for free shipping will be identified during checkout.

TopHVACParts.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue shipping promotions at any time.


Freight Shipments

Large equipment and oversized products may require freight delivery.

Freight shipments may require:

  • Appointment scheduling
  • Adult signature
  • Delivery inspection

Customers should inspect freight shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

Failure to report visible damage at delivery may affect damage claims.


Backorders

Occasionally products may become temporarily unavailable.

If an item is backordered:

  • We may hold the order until all items are available.
  • We may partially ship available items.
  • We may contact you regarding alternative options.

Customers will be notified when significant delays are expected.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once an order ships.

Tracking updates are generated by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

TopHVACParts.com is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Invalid contact information

Additional shipping fees may apply for address corrections or reshipments.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Retain all packaging materials.
  2. Take photographs of the package and product.
  3. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact our support team so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

Carrier investigations may require several business days to complete before replacement or refund options are determined.


Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer may be subject to:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Carrier fees
  • Applicable deductions from any refund

Special-order and non-returnable items are not eligible for refusal-based returns.


Weather, Carrier, and Force Majeure Delays

TopHVACParts.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disruptions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Government actions
  • Supply chain disruptions

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed under these circumstances.


Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

Customers should inspect all shipments promptly upon receipt.
