🛠️HVAC Depot Pro Tip: The "No-Touch" Rule & The Ohms Test

The black element on this ignitor is extremely fragile and sensitive.

Never touch the black element with bare fingers. Oils from your skin can cause "hot spots" and early failure. Always handle by the white ceramic base.

The Ohms Test: If your furnace fails to light, test the ignitor with a multimeter. A healthy IGN00054 should read between 40 and 120 Ohms of resistance at room temperature. A reading of infinity (OL) means the element is broken, and the part must be replaced.

Refund policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please note there will be a 20% Re-stocking fee of product price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Model and serial number must match what is on the invoice and correct box information.
Exclusions:
• Part with obvious signs of use of installation.
• Original box was destroyed or could not be located by purchaser.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

HVAC Parts and Equipment Depot recommend this parts will be installed by a licensed professional contractor. HVAC Parts and Equipment Depot assumes no liability for any injuries or damages arising from the user information or products.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Special Order items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Refunds
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days or less.

Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a valid tracking number provided by your choice of delivery method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. This process takes approximately 7-14 business days depending on your Bank.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Special Orders

Had a power outage last night and during the 100 degree heat today noticed that the AC was not blowing any cold air. Pulled the capacitors to have them checked and also took video of the relay making noise even with the breaker was off. The proprietor and her staff were very friendly and helpful.
