"Check the Hub Position!" Before sliding the old blade off the motor shaft, use a permanent marker to record the exact distance the hub sits from the motor body. The LA01RA015 must be centered perfectly within the fan shroud orifice; if it is set too deep or too shallow, you will create "air bypass," which can raise your head pressure and trip the high-pressure switch. Take a Picture of the set screw location. Always ensure the set screw is tightened onto the "flat" side of the motor shaft to prevent the blade from spinning loose or becoming permanently seized.
