Trane MOT09263 is a high-efficiency, Electronically Commutated Motor (ECM) and module assembly set. Unlike standard blower motors that operate only at full capacity (on/off), this variable-speed motor continuously adjusts its rotational speed to meet real-time heating or cooling demands, optimizing home comfort and energy use.

- Variable Speed Performance: The motor can increase or decrease its ventilation output to match precise requirements, avoiding the loud, sudden blasts of air common with single-speed motors.
- Comfort & Air Quality: By running at lower speeds for longer periods, it maintains stable temperatures across all rooms and allows home air filters to capture more contaminants through constant circulation.
- System Longevity: Features a "soft start" that ramps up speed over approximately 45 seconds, reducing mechanical stress on the blower, mounting hardware, and heat exchanger.

Restocking Fee

Had a power outage last night and during the 100 degree heat today noticed that the AC was not blowing any cold air. Pulled the capacitors to have them checked and also took video of the relay making noise even with the breaker was off. The proprietor and her staff were very friendly and helpful. She had the video analyzed and confirmed something was wrong. She checked one of the capacitors was a little low. Capacitor replacement is the biggest ticket item for HVAC repair. It is hundreds of dollars with the a capacitor only about $20.
