Cecil really saved me with troubleshooting tips over the phone. Thought I was going to have to replace the blower motor and ended up only needing a motor run capacitor. Thank you and God bless!

Our AC went out during the hottest stretch of summer, and with a one-year-old at home, we were desperate for a quick fix. These guys came through big time — not only did they source the part faster than anyone else in the area, they also walked me through DIY troubleshooting while I waited. Had a power outage last night and during the 100 degree heat today noticed that the AC was not blowing any cold air. Pulled the capacitors to have them checked and also took video of the relay making noise even with the breaker was off. The proprietor and her staff were very friendly and helpful. She had the video analyzed and confirmed something was wrong. She checked one of the capacitors was a little low. Capacitor replacement is the biggest ticket item for HVAC repair. It is hundreds of dollars with the a capacitor only about $20.

I called HVAC Depot and was absolutely blown away by the fast, courteous and exceptional service. They were very knowledgeable about explaining what they were doing and what had happened to the ac system. If you ever need a HVAC team they are best and they won’t hesitate by coming out and they won’t leave until you are happy with the service. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Great customer service and willing to help verify the issue was my capacitor.

The lady who answered the phone was very nice and took her time to look for the right part for my ac unit and by the time I arrived there she was gone but she left the part at her mail box for me without knowing who I was and met before, then she billed me later. I definitely will do business here again.

Condenser motor died on a weekend. They had a compatible motor and when I was having trouble removing the fan blades from the old shaft they invited me back to the shop for them to remove for me! Super friendly. Family owned/operated. They are now my first-choice, go-to HVAC shop.
